HELP! RIGHT EAR BUD STOPPED WORKING

My new In-Ear headphone's right ear bud stopped working all of the sudden!

Did I broke the tweeter, or the woofer?

If yes, how do I replace it?

You go to your local Apple store and get them replaced. Or call Apple.

Are they the newer earbuds with the remote/mic on the right cord? With mine, the right earbud it also not working and I've figured out that it's a connection issue having to do with the remote. Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix it yet.
